Vitamins may help ease pain
High potency vitamins melatonin supplements and other complementary remedies have the potential to relieve debilitating pain and fatigue. Many people suffers so much pain they need large doses of pain relievers. This is good news. The complementary remedies are mostly green tea extract, melatonin and high potency vitamins with at least 1000 mg of Vit C and 400 IU of Vit E.
This is great news for people like me who is suffering with herneated disc, a chronic low back pain. Sometimes my pain pinched my left butt like it's cutting my tissues there and my left leg just go numb at times. I just keep myself fully occupied with work to shift my focus. But at night it's real hard to sleep straight. It's painful yes. These complementary vitamins might do me good I will try them. Pain relievers gives me a headache and loose bowel movement.
