Middle aged women and obesity
Middle aged women ages 35 to 54 were reported to be suffering from stroke. This is most alarming because statistics have tripled in recent years. It is still happening amidst their being conscious and cautious in taking medicines for their cholesterol and blood pressure. Obesity is the main factor. The reality of bulges and having waistlines nearly two inches bigger increases risk for having a stroke. Women's mass index increases too. Belly fat stood out. Obesity sets the stage for all the other risk factors to come in. In-hospital deaths were about 6% for those who arrived with strokes caused by a blood clot. It would be wise to face up our problems on weight and try to redefine lifestyle. Guess life is getting shorter nowadays.

A lot of people I know who are becoming larger lacks exercise. Please observe people who are religiously going to the gyms and doing their workouts for a couple of hours. Maybe they may try extending their exercise routines. Thank you.
