Finding peace in this noisy world
Silence is essential to peace. If
we kept on living in a very noisy world then there will come a time that we can’t
even hear ourselves. Everyday we travel in space and in time but the noise just
keep on haunting us. Look back and face those noises again. Meet the noise and reconcile
yourself with the past, reconcile yourself with yourself, and meet yourself. Those
events and things in our life that we find hard to accept, we try to accept it
now, slowly. Look in the mirror and look at your eyes. You will know what you
have inside you because your features will tend to be sharper. They say the
eyes are the windows of the soul, you see those now. I wouldn’t know how to
explain having no negative feelings. These emotions will stress you out and
will make you sick. Start a healthy life with a healthy diet and exercise but
what is most important is reconcile yourself with your past deeds. Meet your
noise and meditate. You will see that you will feel lighter now. Take a big
part of your body’s burden. Start now and start to live a good healthy life. Know that this is essential for health: peace in your heart, silence, and meditation.
